This is a phrase I've learnt over here in Beijing and have come to live by. I guess you can say it's the Chinese version of carpe diem, seize the day. You can never come back to this point in time, so take hold of all good opportunities and embrace the moment.

Beijing is such a happening city, three months is just not enough. There's still so much I want to achieve, so many things I want to see and do, and relationships I want to grow and develop. Rather than wishing for more time which I can't have, all I can do is make the most of now.

Just one more month till home now!

great wall music festival

I don't usually do music festivals , it's not really my scene. But when you're in China and David Guetta has a set at THE Great Wall, you kinda want to go!

The majority of people there were foreigners and it was nice to see people of every colour partying it up together. My friends and I opt-ed to avoid the crazy mosh and ended up at the front-left of the stage. I loved that we had enough space to burst into song and dance throughout the whole night without causing too much grievance to bystanders. :')

I looked through my very limited wardrobe and decided this was a "festival-appropriate outfit". Hi, I am struggling with outfits over here. I didn't bring much clothes with me and have to find as many ways to mix and match what I brought along. Ah, I miss my wardrobe back home!
